Paqet is a network and security platform for developers and IT professionals. It combines real-time DNS, network, and security diagnostics with continuous monitoring, alerting, and AI-assisted review, so you can troubleshoot, monitor, and secure your infrastructure from a single interface.

Yes! Paqet offers a generous free tier that includes access to all basic diagnostic tools with reasonable usage limits. Premium features like scheduled monitoring, alerts, the Paqet Assistant, API access, and historical data are available through our paid plans.

No account is required for basic tool usage. A free account lets you save one monitored domain, see its health score, and run a few AI diagnoses a day. Scan history, monitoring alerts, and the Paqet Assistant are on the paid plans.

Paqet Assistant is an AI reviewer that runs once a day over the monitoring signals for your domains — new certificates, DNS changes, incidents, health-score movements — and gives each cycle a verdict: Benign (matches your normal patterns), Needs Attention (worth a look), or Uncertain (couldn't confidently clear it — not itself a problem). A deterministic pre-filter clears obvious-benign signals without an AI call; the rest go to the model. It's available on Pro (up to 4 analyses per day) and Enterprise (up to 20 per day), per organization.

The Public API is a REST API covering 21 diagnostic tools plus 8 read-only monitoring endpoints — your domains, subdomains, incidents, health scores, and Assistant analyses. It's an Enterprise feature. Keys are scoped: each diagnostic tool has its own scope, and the monitoring endpoints require a monitoring.read scope you add to a key explicitly. Full documentation and a live playground are at /docs.

On Enterprise, you can send signed webhooks to any HTTPS endpoint, Slack, or Discord for: incident opened or resolved, HTTP monitor down or up, SSL expiring or expired, domain registration expiring, maintenance window started or finished, and Assistant analysis completed (for Needs Attention or Uncertain findings). Every delivery is HMAC-signed and retried up to five times. See /docs/webhooks.

DNS propagation is the time it takes for DNS changes to spread across the internet. When you update DNS records, it can take 24-48 hours for all DNS servers worldwide to reflect the changes. Our propagation checker shows you the current status across multiple global locations.

Traceroute maps the network path from your location to a destination server, showing each router or hop along the way. It reveals network topology, identifies bottlenecks, and helps diagnose routing issues. Each hop shows latency and geographic location when available.

SSL Check analyzes SSL/TLS certificates for websites, showing certificate details, expiration dates, certificate chain validation, and security ratings. It helps identify certificate issues, weak encryption, and potential security vulnerabilities before they impact users.

Our TLS scanner attempts connections using different TLS protocol versions (1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3) and cipher suites to determine which are supported by the target server. This helps identify outdated or insecure TLS configurations that should be updated.
